- Crush laung, dalchini, kali mirch, shunthi, and any other ingredient that you are using and can be crushed.
- Add the ingredients to the boiling water along with tulsi and lower the heat to medium flame.
- Let it boil for 5-10 minutes until the water does not reduce down to one glass.
- Just before straining the mixture, add honey or jaggery and stir it to mix properly.
- Drink the Kadha while it is warm for maximum effect.
